Bachelor of Theology (B. Th.)

The Bachelor of Theology degree (BTh) is a three year undergraduate degree in theological discipline.

Course Objective:

  • To equip passionate people to effectively study the Scriptures
  • To train leaders integrating biblical and theological concepts and produce servant leaders to save humanity in love.
  • To exercise the authority of the Word by having deeper understanding of the need and the importance of the Holy Spirit.
  • To engage and empower them in mission with compassion and evangelism.

Course Outcome:

  • Interpret scripture effectively understanding the social and cultural realities of the biblical context.
  • Impact the society by demonstrating the love and compassion of Jesus Christ bringing salvation and healing to humanity.
  • Exercise the gift of the Holy Spirit bringing healing to the nation.
  • Apply ministerial skills in service with prophetical anointing to the church or community or Christian living.

Eligibility

  • All those who have completed +2 in any stream with minimum of 50% marks
  • All those with 3 years of ministry experience with 10th qualification

Admission Test

Basic knowledge of Bible, General knowledge Current affairs and English to be tested through online.

Reference Letter

Two reference letters are required from persons of high standing in society or in ministry for those who apply for residential program.

1. For AC rooms, Electricity charges are payable extra on actual basis at the end of each semester , by all the occupants of the room, equally,
irrespective of their absence with/without permission. Electricity submeters are provided in all AC rooms
2. Six Seater/Dormitory rooms are applicable for PG Arts and Science Programmes only.
3. Four Seater rooms are applicable for UG/Integrated, M.Tech. and MBA Programmes.
4. Single Seater/Double Seater rooms are applicable for senior students only as per the norms.
5. Hostel Fee shall be paid as per the schedule for all the semesters till the completion of the programme irrespective of internships, external project works, etc.
Hostel Fee Payment Schedules :
Schedule 1: Every Even Semester (II,IV,VIand VIII) Fee Should be paid before 10th November.
Schedule 2: Every Odd Semester (I,III,V and VII) Fee Should be paid before 10th June.
